1. Return Eligibility
- Our return policy is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

2. Partial Refunds
There are specific circumstances under which partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and send the item to:

7. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
8. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please mail it to:
#8 Bengal Street, St. James, POS, Trinidad and Tobago. - You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For items valued over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
